Module 1: Mama Mornings
During the first three weeks of the course we are going to look at all the parts of your day and figure out what you can do to make food and self care REALLY fit in. During module 1, we will redesign your mornings. This week alone is worth the price of the course because good mornings can change transform entire days.
Module 2: Midday Magic
During Module 2, we focus on lunch. We look at how you can use lunch to really nourish your body. We talk about packing school lunches that help kids in school and get eaten. We set up a plan so you can move food forward to make mealtime easier. And we'll see if you are wasting valuable time around lunch activities, and tweak that, so your days feel purposeful.
Module 3: Dance to Dinner
In this module we will look at what some refer to as "the bewitching hour" and turn it into a time we truly look forward to — well most days. We will figure out a rhythm to our meals and learn a planning system that makes meals simpler. We will learn how you can use dinner to get stuff done and unwind for bed. We will talk about dinner conversations and make plans for moving a "picky" eater forward. This is a big week!
Module 4: Monthly Methods
During this module we will look at what you can do each month to make your healthy food habits stick and feel easy. If shopping has been something that has you overwhelmed from a time or money perspective, you will have a full system by the end of this module that brings your food and household shopping to a whole new level.
Module 5: Seasonal Systems
By the end of Module 4, you will be super organized with calendars, lists and plans, but we all know that sometimes all that is too rigid. As women, we operate on cycles, and as moms, life throws us quite a few curveballs. This module teaches tools for creating a flow that works with your real life by tapping into the seasons.
Module 6: The Spaces Between
In module 6, we will look at kids' activities, driving, snacks, our home, and all the things we say "yes" to. We will look at the time between meals and the spaces you navigate to make sure your plan covers all the scenarios you need it to.
